LET'S CHAT — CONSULT/DOULA INTERVIEW

Choosing a doula is a personal decision; it's about trust, comfort and connection. That’s why I offer a free, no-pressure consultation, where we can get to know each other, discuss your hopes for birth and determine if we're a good fit. This is your space to ask anything- truly, nothing is off-limits. Whether you're looking for emotional support, faith-based care, or guidance through every trimester, I’m here to walk with you.

THE HELLO, FRIEND PACKAGE - $1,200

  • One prenatal visit for birth preparation to discuss:

    • Birth planning session with customized birth plan

  • Unlimited communication support through 1 week postpartum

  • 24 hr on-call support beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth)

  • One in-home postpartum visit

    • ​Emotional Check-In & Birth Debrief

A sweet, simple start to your journey, just enough support to walk into birth feeling held and seen. * BIRTH SUPPORT ONLY *

THE FAITHFUL FRIEND PACKAGE - $1,750

More in-depth care and preparation from a steady friend who reminds you that you were built for this.

  • Two prenatal visits for birth preparation to discuss:

    • Labor/birth options

    • Personalized birth plan

    • Birth basics

    • Comfort measure techniques

    • Final birth preparation

  • Unlimited communication support through 4 weeks postpartum

  • 24 hr on-call support beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support 

  • Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours)

  • Two in-home postpartum visits 

    • Emotional Check-In & Birth Debrief

    • Any hands-on help while adjusting to life with a newborn

THE FOREVER FRIEND PACKAGE - $2,500

For the mama who desires full-spectrum doula support, before, during and after birth.

  • Three in-depth prenatal visits for birth preparation to discuss:

    • Birth education 

    • Labor/birth options

    • Personalized birth plan

    • Birth basics

    • Birth Rehearsal Session with Partner (or Support Person)

    • Final birth preparation

  • Unlimited communication support through 8 weeks postpartum

  • 24 hr on-call support beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support

  • Two in-home postpartum visits :

    • Lactation support (positioning, latch, troubleshooting) 

    • Belly binding session w/ wrap included to support core healing and grounding after birth

    • Newborn care guidance

    • Emotional and spiritual check-in

    • Any hands-on help while adjusting to life with a newborn
